Leila White

Leila White has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Leila currently holds the position of Head of Talent at Future Fund, Australia's sovereign wealth fund. In their previous role as Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Hassell, they led the establishment of a specialist Talent Acquisition function and implemented new frameworks and processes. Leila also has experience in talent acquisition management at The Boston Consulting Group and Goldman Sachs, where they served as ANZ Talent Acquisition Manager and APAC Head of Federation Experienced Hire Recruitment respectively. Additionally, they worked in the Asia Pacific Regional Staffing team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Leila's earlier experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager at Aston Carter.

Leila White pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex, which they attended from 2002 to 2005.
