Raf Dolanowski is a change and capability consultant with over 12 years of experience in helping organizations navigate digital adoption and transition. Currently serving as the Academy Technology and Engagement Lead at Future Fund, Raf focuses on increasing AI fluency and building engagement channels. Previously, Raf held roles at Alight Solutions, Pure Learning, and Salmat Learning and Development Solutions, where they designed learning solutions and managed change initiatives. Raf is a Prosci certified professional and a graduate of Monash University with a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Systems.
