Tracey Williams

Tracey Williams has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on people and culture. Tracey is currently the Head of Employee Experience at Future Fund, where they started in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, People & Culture at Epworth from December 2018 to December 2021. Tracey has also served as the Head of People Strategy & Planning at Origin Energy from April to December 2018. Tracey has a strong background in the banking industry, having been the Head of People & Culture at Bank Australia from July 2015 to April 2018. Tracey held a leadership role at Austin Health as Director, Human Resources Shared Services from July 2011 to July 2015. Tracey began their career at General Motors as a Human Resources Consultant, and has also worked at Merck and Andersen in various HR roles. Overall, Tracey's work experience demonstrates their expertise in creating and implementing people and culture strategies in diverse industries.

Tracey Williams pursued their education at the University of South Australia from 1989 to 1992. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Organisational Development.
