Steven James currently serves as the Sustainability, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Manager at Future Group and is the Chairperson at Waverley Woollahra Art School. Previously, Steven held multiple positions at Future Super, including Sustainability Officer, Senior Strategy Associate, Operations Coordinator, and Finance Officer from April 2019 to March 2024. Steven's extensive experience includes teaching ceramics to over 11,000 students across various art schools and private studios in Sydney. Additionally, Steven contributed as a Volunteer Strategy & Business Planning Consultant for the Global Reporting Initiative and operated as an Independent Business Information Consultant & Director for Tower Consulting, managing significant consulting projects for clients like British American Tobacco. Prior roles in IT consulting spanned from SAP FI-CO Consultant to SAP Specialist at prominent organizations. Steven holds a degree in Information Science, Information Systems, Economics, and Accounting from the University of Newcastle.
