Saurabh Mathur

Saurabh Mathur is a seasoned culinary professional with a diverse background in high-end dining and kitchen management. Currently serving as the Head Chef at Heartwood Collections since July 2023, Saurabh also holds the position of Senior Sous Chef at The White Brasserie Co since February 2023 and continues as a Sous Chef at Brasserie Bar Co since November 2021. Additionally, Saurabh has been involved with Future Group India as an Assistant Manager overseeing operations at The Nadesar Palace since October 2018. Prior experience includes a Sous Chef role at Westin Hotels & Resorts and a Chef position at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. Saurabh's culinary education includes a BTS degree from IGNOU and a Certificate of Proficiency in Kitchen Operations from OCLD, complemented by foundational education at Delhi Public School.
