Lee McClenon is the Head of Operations at Future Matters, an international think tank and nonprofit strategy consultancy focusing on global challenges. Previously, Lee owned and directed Doulas of Philadelphia, the largest doula agency in the Philadelphia area, until its acquisition by Happy Family After. Lee has also served in various roles, including Development and Communications Manager at Medical Students for Choice and Sales Manager at Mommywise. Lee's education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Bryn Mawr College and coaching certifications from the Ethical Coaching Collective and the Academy for Coaching Excellence.
