Future Networks is an AI consultancy in London with our own in-house developers. We find where AI genuinely saves a business time and money, then build it into the systems they already run.

We didn't start in AI, though. We started in hardware. For years we built and deployed physical network infrastructure and the software behind it — wireless networks connecting IoT devices & filling mobile coverage gaps, GPS/RTK positioning networks, and street-level mapping from dashcams in everyday drivers' cars.

Building physical networks teaches you one hard lesson: in the field, kit either works or it doesn't. We hold AI to exactly that standard — automation that works for real businesses, delivering real, measurable value.

What we build:

• Conversational AI — assistants that talk to your customers like your best staff do, handling enquiries, quotes and bookings across website chat, WhatsApp and social, around the clock. It's our sharpest skill, and it holds up under real users.

• AI workflows & automation — hand your team back the hours lost to researching, quoting, chasing, reading and summarising.

• Custom AI software — our own developers build it, from focused tools to full products.

.....That's already produced two live products:

• DM Taxi Assistant — quotes, books and takes payment for taxi operators across website chat, WhatsApp and social, around the clock. Built for one operator who told us he now does "a week's worth of work in a day" — now sold across the UK.
• Olly — for tradespeople: speak a voice note on the drive home, and a branded quote or invoice lands in Xero or QuickBooks.

...As well as custom automations and software builds for companies in the media, mobility and trades industries.

If your business runs on repetitive work — researching, quoting, chasing, reading & summarising — or provides support to customers who ask similar questions on a weekly basis, we can almost certainly hand you those hours back.
