Fredrik Johnsson has over 20 years of work experience. Fredrik began their career in 1996 as a Web Designer for Överkalix Kommun/municipality. In 1998, they moved to Norrbottens-Kuriren as a Web Designer where they launched 7 e-commerce solutions for external clients. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Web Designer for Image Reklam & Webbyrå where they were responsible for web productions and projects for external clients. In 2004, they returned to Norrbottens-Kuriren as a Web Designer, where they were responsible for strategy, design, and content development for the online newspaper. In 2008, they became an Art Director for Norrbottens Media AB, where they were responsible for web/digital projects. In 2012, they moved to Lanta Paddlesports as a Management. In 2014, they became a Project Manager for BnearIT | Favör Reklambyrå, where they were responsible for a new intranet for Kiruna Bostäder. In 2015, they moved to The Agents of Sweden AB as a Content & Conversion Manager. Since 2017, they have been the Head of Content and CRO at Future Ordering, where they are responsible for leading, planning, and executing conversion optimization to increase revenue, optimizing sales within the solution, and owning the conversion rate metrics across all self-ordering channels.
Fredrik Johnsson attended Conversionista Sthlm in 2015 and obtained their Certified Conversion Manager certification from Conversionista! in November 2015.
