Pontus Ridderström

Pontus Ridderström has had a varied and impressive career since 2012. Pontus began their professional journey as a student and laboratory instructor at Luleå University of Technology. In 2013, they became the Chairman of the Board of LUDD. In 2014, they became the Chairman of the Board of Datasektionen. In 2016, they were an IT-konsult and Systemutvecklare at Arctic Group, as well as the Chairman of the Board of ESGC, a non-profit organization focused on education and creating a better understanding of E-sports. In 2018, they were a Delegation Member of the Swedish Delegation "SWY31" for the Ship for World Youth Leaders ~Meiji 150th ~. In 2019, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Hello Wrld Rekrytering AB, a tech recruitment company with a mission to improve work-life culture for developers. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations at Future Ordering, a self-ordering application.

Pontus Ridderström obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Luleå University of Technology between 2012 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended NTI Gymnasiet Luleå from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Värdebaserat ledarskap from Scouternas folkhögskola in May 2019 and Ship For World Youth Leaders Participant from Cabinet Office, Government of Japan in March 2019.
