Kate Nightingale, also known as Kasia Slowikowska, is a consumer, retail, and design psychologist and the Chief Behavioural Officer and Founder of Humanising Brands, a strategy and innovation agency. Since 2013, they have built a reputation for understanding consumer behavior, specializing in brand differentiation and strategy. As a lecturer at multiple institutions, including Regent's University London and London College of Fashion, they have imparted knowledge in consumer psychology and behavior. Additionally, Kate is the founder of Women of Retail, a community aimed at empowering female voices in the retail industry. They also have served as a committee member for Fashion Group International London from 2012 to 2014.
