Jack Leonard

Jack Leonard is an accomplished professional in customer journey management and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Customer Journeys Manager at Future since January 2024. Previously, Jack held various roles at JustPark, from CRM Manager to Marketing Executive, where ownership of the CRM tool Bloomreach and a database of over 12 million customers was crucial to driving retention through sophisticated campaigns. Additional experience includes managing training programs at Zebra Technologies and serving as a Speaker Liaison for the inaugural TedX UWE event. Jack's early career involved roles at Nationwide Building Society, Beales Department Store, and Costa Coffee. Jack holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of the West of England and has completed A-Levels in Business, History, and ICT & Programming at Brockenhurst College.
