Kate Smith is an experienced Events Customer Relations Manager at Future, overseeing event and award campaigns in the music, entertainment, and tech sectors since July 2018. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling guest bookings, and ensuring excellent on-site relations for high-profile events. Prior to this role, Kate served as an Event Customer Relations Executive at Abigail Ahern for a brief period in early 2018 and supported the creative director and executive leadership as a Personal Assistant.
