Kate Stratford is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Finance Manager at Future since December 2022, Kate's previous roles include Finance at EY and various managerial positions at RBS Markets and International Banking, including Head of Markets Investment Process Improvement. In these roles, Kate focused on driving solutions for process inefficiencies, supporting cost management, and enhancing decision-making capabilities through improved data integrity.
