Kyle Guest is a Senior Public Infrastructure Engineer at Future since August 2018, specializing in the design and management of cloud-hosted and on-premises infrastructure for well-known global brands. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and Systems Administrator, where support was provided for various infrastructures including Google Suite, AD, Azure, and AWS, alongside leading migrations. Kyle has also worked as an IT Infrastructure Specialist at Mitie and as an IT Technical Analyst for NHS South, Central and West, focusing on third-line support. Earlier roles included Lab Demonstrator and Student Mentor at Birmingham City University, providing technical support and professional development workshops. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Communications Technology from Birmingham City University and a BTEC National Diploma in IT Practitioners from Stourbridge College.
