Nathan James

Nathan James has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nathan started their career at 7C LTD as a Voice Systems Specialist. Nathan then moved to Lifestyle Services Group, where they held positions as a Telecoms Manager and later as a Service Delivery Manager. Following this, Nathan joined FirstPlus Financial as a Senior Technical Analyst. Nathan then worked at Barclaycard as a Telephony Manager and later as an Infrastructure Manager. Nathan then joined GoCompare, where they served as an Infrastructure Solutions Manager and eventually became the Head of Corporate Technology. Currently, they are working at Future as the Head of IT Service.

Nathan James studied Computer Science at Prifysgol Morgannwg from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including the Barclays Digital Driving Licence, ITIL Intermediate certificate in IT Release, Control and Validation, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Intermediate Certificate Operational Support & Analysis, and ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management.
