Ruth Folkard

Ruth Folkard is an experienced Event Director at Future, overseeing the development, planning, and management of The Photography & Video Show along with other B2C expos and events since July 2016, after transitioning from a freelance Event Manager role. Previously, Ruth served as Content Director at Blaze Publishing Limited, where responsibilities included sourcing content and marketing for the UK Game Fair, along with various senior management roles that encompassed niche magazine publishing and consumer events. Ruth began a career in publishing in 2006, initially focusing on subscriptions and marketing, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in French and German Studies from the University of Warwick.
