Sean W. serves as the App Machine Learning & Analytics Lead at Future since April 2025, where responsibilities include developing innovative machine learning features for insurance management and delivering advanced analytics across a complex technical ecosystem. Previously, Sean held roles as Machine Learning & Analytics Lead and Machine Learning Engineer at Rnwl from September 2022 to April 2025, focusing on ML models and data processing with a strong emphasis on AWS and Azure. Additionally, Sean developed the CT Head product at Behold.ai using 3D computer vision and machine learning, and worked as a Data Scientist at Procter & Gamble, specializing in deep learning applications for various types of data. Early experiences include a data analyst internship at Hiscox and working as a Tax Consultant PA at The Doherty Partnership Ltd. Academically, Sean holds an MSc in Robotics and A.I. from the University of Bristol and an MPhys in Theoretical Physics from the University of York, along with a program in Chinese Language and Literature from East China Normal University.
