Steven Carlson

Steven Carlson is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a 1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer at Future since November 2022, providing high-end support and managing systems for end users. Previously, Steven worked at Pace University from October 2018 to November 2022 in various roles, including Enrollment Operations Specialist, where administrative and technical support were provided to the admission department and troubleshooting of computer systems was performed. Steven also contributed as an admission specialist, managing a team of student aids and facilitating operations compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Head Counselor at North Salem Recreation Department and holding multiple leadership roles with the Carmel High School FIRST Robotics Team. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Pace University, obtained in May 2022.
