Toby Jackson

Toby Jackson is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps. Currently serving as the Global SRE Team Lead at Future since November 2014, Toby manages a global team focused on enhancing the robustness and scalability of Future's digital platforms. Prior roles at Future included Senior Operations Engineer and Operations Engineer, emphasizing the development of resilient technology practices. Before joining Future, Toby worked at PayPoint for over seven years in various capacities, including Senior Build and Release Engineer and Senior Test Engineer, where continual improvement in development processes and comprehensive testing strategies were key responsibilities. Toby holds a degree in Computer Science from Cardiff University, awarded in 2006.
