Tom Butts

Tom Butts is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in content creation and editing. Currently serving as the Content Director for TV Technology at Future plc since July 2001, Tom has also held significant roles including Editor of Broadcast Engineering Extra. Previously, Tom worked as a Board Operator at Sirius XM Radio Inc. and as a Technical Editor for SAIC's proposals division. Early career experiences include editorial positions at companies such as Verticalnet, Phillips Business Information, and the National Association of Broadcasters, as well as part-time announcing roles at various radio stations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maine, earned between 1978 and 1982.
