Agata Bilnicka is a Head of Analysis & Design with a strong background in user experience and software quality assurance. They worked at Future Processing Sp. z o.o. from 2012 to 2016 as a User Experience Researcher and Software Quality Assurance Engineer, and returned to Future Processing in 2020 as a Lead User Experience Designer. Agata holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Arts in Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in Humanities from Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
