Dr. Nadeem Malik (He/Him)

Dr. Nadeem Malik (born August 12, 1990) is an Indian entrepreneur, educationist, author, politician, and social worker. He is recognized as the founder and chairman of the Future Shape Group, a non-governmental organization headquartered in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. Malik is widely known for his significant contributions to education and skill development initiatives across the country.

Dr. Nadeem Malik was born into a middle-class family in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. He displayed an early interest in entrepreneurship despite facing societal pressures for a conventional career path. He pursued higher education, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Azad Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. Demonstrating a strong commitment to learning, he further earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Kurukshetra University, Haryana.

In 2011, Dr. Nadeem Malik relocated to Bareilly and established the Future Shape Group. Under his leadership, this organization has expanded to operate over 150 skill development centers throughout India, particularly in Uttar Pradesh, focusing on vocational training and enhancing employability. Beyond education, Malik's dedication to social welfare led him to found the Nadeem Malik Foundation, which addresses critical community needs like healthcare and poverty alleviation.

As an author, Dr. Nadeem Malik has penned "Education and Skill Development: The Need of the Nation in the 21st Century," a work reflecting his insights into India's educational landscape. He is also actively involved in politics as a member of the Samajwadi Party, having previously served as the president of its youth wing in Pilibhit.

Dr. Nadeem Malik's efforts have garnered him several accolades, including the Amar Ujala Award, the National Skill Development Corporation Award, and the Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year Award. These honors acknowledge his impactful work in social development and education.
