Sharon Davis

Sharon Davis has a extensive work experience in the financial industry. Sharon is currently serving as the Executive Director of Investments at Future Super since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager of Strategy & Growth/Chief Operating Officer at MLC Asset Management from 2016 to 2022. Their responsibilities included driving the growth and transformation of the asset management business and overseeing the portfolio of boutique funds management businesses and the Managed Accounts business line. Before that, they worked at AMP Capital Investors from 2007 to 2016 as the Director for Australia & New Zealand and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they had various responsibilities, including managing sales, client businesses, marketing & communications, client services, and investment operations globally. Sharon also has experience at AMP, where they served as the HR Director & Head of Shared Services from 2004 to 2007.

Sharon Davis completed a Graduate Diploma in Employment Law from Charles Sturt University. Sharon also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from the University of Tasmania. Additionally, Sharon obtained a Graduate Certificate in Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Sharon also completed a General Admission to the Australia Institute of Company Directors.
