Selar offers business advisory services to young entrepreneurs and serves on the Board of Family for Every Child, contributing to global efforts for vulnerable children's welfare. Previous leadership positions include General Manager at Avestix, Head of Business Development at Cornucopia Fundraising, and New Zealand Fundraising Manager at WWF.
