Mahmoud Eid is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in both leadership and analytical roles across various companies in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Future Workshops since November 2023, Mahmoud previously worked as a Systems Business Analyst at Agility from May 2023 to October 2023. Notable former positions include Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder & COO at Blink-eg, an LLC specializing in interactive software applications, as well as roles as Business Analyst/Product Owner at Expert Apps and Mosandah. Mahmoud began as a Junior Business Analyst and Junior Test Engineer at NTG Clarity and has built a solid foundation in the field since completing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Software Engineering from Mansoura University between 2008 and 2013.
