Richard Kottmeyer

Richard Kottmeyer is a seasoned professional in the food, agriculture, and nutrition sectors, currently serving as Partner and Global Practice Leader at FutureBridge since August 2025. His extensive experience includes roles such as Round Table Fellow at Farm Foundation, Managing Director at Pivot >, and Global Lead at FTI Consulting, where Richard focused on strategy, policy, and transformation across the food value chain. Kottmeyer has also worked as a Senior Policy Advisor for the US Government, addressing food security and agricultural recovery during geopolitical conflicts, and has held advisory positions in both private and nonprofit sectors. Kottmeyer holds a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
