Shaun Hardtke

Shaun Hardtke currently serves as the Director of Milk Quality and Animal Welfare at FutureCow, a position held since January 2021, partnering with dairies across the U.S. Previously, Shaun worked at Kinnard Farms from September 2008 to January 2021, initially as Herd Manager overseeing a 2,500-cow dairy herd and 3,000 young stock during a significant expansion, and then as Director of Dairy Operations, managing an 8,500-cow herd and a team of 65 employees while focusing on herd health, animal welfare, and operational efficiency. Shaun began the career as a Herdsman at Augustain Farms from August 2006 to September 2008, and holds a Technical Diploma in Dairy Herd Management from Lakeshore College, completed in 2006.
