Jacinta Dale

Jacinta Dale has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jacinta currently holds the position of General Counsel & Company Secretary at FutureFeed, a role they started in March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Director at Abledale Law and the Ipswich Hospital Foundation in 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Jacinta served as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at JBS Australia Pty Limited. Prior to that, they were an In-house Lawyer at the same company from 2013 to 2017.

In 2010, Jacinta worked as a Service Assurance Manager (Legal Counsel) at Thames Water. Jacinta also gained experience at Normerica Inc. as a Legal and Media Liaison in 2009.

Earlier in their career, Jacinta served as a Litigation Consultant at Denis McSweeney Solicitors in 2008 and as an Articled Clerk / Solicitor at Herbert Geer & Rundle Lawyers from 2005 to 2007. Jacinta started their legal career as an Articled Clerk at McInnes Wilson Lawyers from 2003 to 2005. Jacinta also worked as a Law Clerk at Commonwealth Bank from 2001 to 2003.

Throughout their career, Jacinta has held various legal and leadership roles, gaining a breadth of experience across different industries and organizations.

Jacinta Dale attended Ipswich Girls' and Junior Grammar School for their early education. In 1999, they enrolled at The University of Queensland and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Commercial Law in 2003. Additionally, in the same period from 1999 to 2002, Jacinta also pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree at The University of Queensland. Continuing their academic journey, from 2006 to 2015, they completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from The University of Queensland. Jacinta further expanded their knowledge in corporate governance by obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
