Jacinta Dale attended Ipswich Girls' and Junior Grammar School for their early education. In 1999, they enrolled at The University of Queensland and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Commercial Law in 2003. Additionally, in the same period from 1999 to 2002, Jacinta also pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree at The University of Queensland. Continuing their academic journey, from 2006 to 2015, they completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from The University of Queensland. Jacinta further expanded their knowledge in corporate governance by obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

The company holds the global IP rights to technology developed by CSIRO, Meat and Livestock Australia and James Cook University.FutureFeed will commecialise an innovativelivestock feed ingredient that utilises a specific type of seaweed, Asparagopsis, which can increase production and reduce methane emissions simultaneously.Livestock feed with FutureFeed is the solution. It could improve farm profitability and will tackle climate change without adverse impact on livestock productivity.
