FutureFirst is a seed-stage VC built and backed by accomplished industry leaders across Israel and the US.

We invest in top teams building mission-critical AI for highly regulated industries where failure is not an option - accelerating our portfolio companies through strategic, operational, and GTM support.

The fund benefits from privileged deal flow through our exclusive partnership with Brooks-Keret, Israel’s leading CFO-as-a-Service firm, which supports over 450 startups annually and has overseen more than $20B in exits. Additionally, in collaboration with Microsoft, we operate the AI SALON - a curated community of emerging founders building the next gen of AI-first companies.

FutureFirst is led by Hila Rom (former Managing Partner at RUNI Ventures) and Tammy Mahn (former Managing Director at Verizon Ventures), bringing over 40 years of combined experience investing in, building, and scaling tech companies from inception to exit and IPO.
