Gill Arnold is the founder of Futureheads, a recruitment agency specializing in digital media and technology. Gill has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on digital media and technology.
Arnold began their career in 1996 as a digital manager at Recruit Media. Gill was responsible for training and developing a team of digital experts, as well as recruiting temporary and permanent staff for their clients. In 2007, they were acquired by Aquent, where they continued to manage a team of digital recruiters with P&L responsibility.
In 2009, Arnold left Aquent to start Futureheads. The company has since become one of the leading recruitment agencies for digital media and technology professionals in the UK.
Gill Arnold completed a Master of Arts in Theirtory of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London. Gill then went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Theirtory of Art also at the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London. Finally, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Durham University.
