Melati Hatta is an Accredited HRDC Trainer with a robust background in the Food & Beverage and hospitality industries, specializing in Halal Management, HACCP, Customer Service, and Employee Wellbeing. They have over six years of experience managing a casual dining restaurant and event space, collaborating with notable corporate clients. Since 2016, Melati has contributed to Halal application projects and has recently trained employees at M Resort Hotel in Halal Awareness and Auditing. Melati is also the founder of Riang Ria Services and currently engages in mentoring roles, focusing on entrepreneurship and employee development. Their passion lies in promoting responsible entrepreneurship, food integrity, and mental wellbeing.
