Arndt Melzer is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and an EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner Level, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare across Europe and Africa. Currently, Melzer leads the MSc APS program at UCL and works as an Honorary Lecturer, while also serving as a Consultant Anaesthetist at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Melzer's coaching philosophy is grounded in positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and self-development, and they have mentored many healthcare professionals throughout their career. In addition to clinical work, Melzer conducts immersive medical simulations and supports youth through mentorship with the Social Mobility Foundation.
