Harminder Matharu

Harminder Matharu is a seasoned consultant and business professional currently serving as the Director of Government Partnerships at FutureLearn, where they lead business development efforts and engage with government sectors both in the UK and globally. With extensive experience in the education and skills sector, Harminder has previously held key roles at Barclays Corporate Banking and the Skills Funding Agency, where they drove apprenticeship growth and developed employer engagement strategies. They were also a Commission Member for the Future Ready Skills Commission and served as the Skills Devolution Policy and Implementation Director at the Association of Employment and Learning Providers. Harminder holds a BA Hons in Business from the University of West London and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from ICS Learn.
