Sasha Amfo is currently the Head of People at Cultivate Global HR and FutureLearn, where they lead HR initiatives to boost employee engagement and streamline operations. With a background in human resources spanning various roles, including positions at Action Against Hunger and Miniclip, Sasha has cultivated expertise in fostering team development and improving workplace culture. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies at Kingston University.
