Elisa Piscitelli

Elisa Piscitelli is a CEO and Co-Founder of FUTURELY since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Digital Strategy Manager at End-to-End Analytics, Part of Accenture since 2020. From 2018 to 2020, Elisa held the role of Research Assistant - Machine Learning and Data Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Jr Associate - Data Science at McKinsey & Company, where they managed and coached Data Scientists and shaped the Data Science team. Elisa also delivered 8 trainings to managers focused on how to leverage Machine Learning techniques, and constructed a loan pricing model for a leading Bank. Additionally, they held the role of Business Analyst - Data Science at McKinsey & Company. From 2015 to 2016, Elisa was a Research Assistant - Machine Learning and Data Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Elisa Piscitelli obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano in 2013. Elisa then participated in the Erasmus program at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Management from Politecnico di Milano and a Master in Innovation Management from Alta Scuola Politecnica. Elisa also obtained a GRE certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS) in June 2015. In 2018, Elisa Piscitelli earned a Master of Business Analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a focus on Data Science and Operations Research, and a GPA of 4.9/5.0.
