Michelle Carte is currently the Executive Director of Outreach and Regional Engagement at FuturePlans, and also serves as a Career Mentor. Previously, they were the Regional Project Director at FuturePlans for a brief period in 2024. Michelle held the position of Owner at Play It Again Sports in Parkersburg, WV from 2015 to 2020 and served as the Coordinator of Career Services at Ohio Valley University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to these roles, they gained experience as an ER Tech at Marietta Health Systems and as a Psychiatric Technician at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Ohio Valley University between 2002 and 2006.
