Chris Reade

Chris Reade has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Chris is currently the Managing Director at futureproofAI since July 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Program Director at Adqura from August 2016 to June 2019, specializing in digital marketing, customer value management, and omni-channel implementation. Before joining Adqura, Chris worked as the Practice Director at Comet Global Consulting from April 2015 to July 2016, where they served clients in the financial services sector. Chris also worked as the Director at CNBA Consulting Limited from February 2012 to April 2015, collaborating with Comet Global Consulting to improve customer value and experience. Earlier in their career, they held various managerial positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, GCG plc, Egg, HSBC Invoice Finance, and Midland Bank plc, gaining expertise in customer contact management, proposition development, marketing programs, and collections.

Chris Reade attended the University of Leicester from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a BSc (HONS) degree in Biological Chemistry. Chris then pursued further education at the London Business School from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an MBA with Distinction.
