Emiel Havinga has extensive experience in private equity, having served as Investment Director and Partner at Greenfield Capital Partners from January 2011 to May 2016, where responsibilities included originating and overseeing mid-market investment opportunities. Emiel continued this focus at MKB Fonds as Investment Director and Partner since January 2017, alongside positions such as Director at Diocles and Executive Director at Futureproof Group, both held since 2008 and 2018 respectively. Emiel's academic background includes Master's degrees from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and Nyenrode Business Universiteit, as well as a Master of Science from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich. Additionally, Emiel has served on the supervisory board of C2V from January 2008 to November 2009 and is a Partner at BlueMill since September 2025.
