Rafael Mendes is a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer at FutureRange Ltd since March 2018, providing level 2 troubleshooting and technical support in a busy service desk environment. With a strong background in IT support, Rafael previously worked at IMAC Facilities Management and Ashbrook Facility Management, gaining experience in customer service and cleaning roles. Prior to that, Rafael held positions as an IT Support Engineer and Printer Technician in Brazil, addressing IT issues for over 300 employees in a pharmaceutical setting and providing technical services to clients.
