FUTURESMART provides support for professionals seeking career development or transition. Offering flexible courses in leadership. We are unique as we offer online courses, but with the option of face-to-face tutoring alongside. Our courses also map directly into Masters Degree’s so studying with us can make this route easier, quicker and cheaper. Our bespoke educational packages are specifically structured to be compatible with an individual's present career commitments and their future ambitions.

Importantly, our packages allow the attributes and skills acquired by each professional, whether in a corporate setting, a professional sports career, the Military or the Performing Arts Industry to be utilised in their study of academic qualifications.

All bespoke educational packages are accessible online and support from qualified tutors is available locally to each professional to suit her/his schedule.

Together with the profession, we identify their future career path and assist them to find the right course and method of study, balancing the demands of academic study with their day-to-day professional commitments.

We work at your pace, we negotiate for you and offer the guidance, support and tuition in order for you to succeed.

Over the years our experience has lead us to develop programmes for Organisations. We can provide CPD and in-house staff development for organisations looking to outsource this provision. We recommend organisations getting in touch to discuss their specific needs, and using our extensive education and training experience our programmes can be adapted and shaped to each organisation’s requirements.
