Peter Rafferty is the Chief Executive Officer of The FutureSoft Group of Companies since March 2006, a company co-founded by Peter Rafferty. With two decades of experience as an attorney specializing in high-volume debt collection, Peter Rafferty has also contributed to legal education by lecturing at the Law Society of South Africa and authoring numerous business articles for publications such as the South African Attorneys Journal and the Journal of the Association of Debt Recovery Agents. Prior to FutureSoft, Peter Rafferty served as Chief Executive Officer at MacRobert Inc from June 2000 to February 2006 and held a directorial role there. Educationally, Peter Rafferty earned a B. Proc degree in Law from the University of South Africa and completed a Programme in e-Commerce at the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership. Peter Rafferty attended Grey College from 1983 to 1987.
