Andy Najjar 🎤

Andy Najjar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at FutureSolve, where they focus on providing technology solutions and CHRO advisory services. Prior to this, Andy was the Executive Director at The Awakened World, a global coaching organization dedicated to helping individuals find their true selves and explore their purpose and passion. Andy also served as the Chairman of the Board at ProVilla. In addition, Andy worked at TalentGuard as the Senior Director of Business Development, where they specialized in talent management software. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Regional Sales Manager at Deltek and HRsmart (Acquired by Deltek), and Senior Account Manager at SchoolStream. Andy started their professional journey as a Sales & Marketing Associate at the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) North America. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as technology solutions, talent management, coaching, and sales.

Andy Najjar attended Schoolcraft College from an unspecified start year and graduated in 2006 with an Associates degree in Science Associates. The field of study during this time was in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Later on, from 2006 to 2008, Andy pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing at Eastern Michigan University.
