Daniel Marsili is the President of the National Academy of Human Resources, an organization dedicated to recognizing and advancing excellence in the HR profession. With over 35 years of experience, including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Colgate-Palmolive Company, Daniel retired from that role in late 2020 after leading a global HR organization. In addition to current advisory roles at FutureSolve and Yale Point Advisors, Daniel actively contributes to non-profit boards focused on social impact. Daniel was inducted as a Fellow of the Academy in 2012 and has been a board member since 2019, reflecting a commitment to executive development and organizational success. Daniel earned a Doctor of Law degree from Loyola University New Orleans and a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
