Ken Carrig

Ken Carrig is a seasoned executive and co-founder currently serving as the Executive Director for Executive Succession at the Darla Moore School of Business. They previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Truist Bank from 2011 to 2017, where they significantly contributed to the company's transformation and market growth. Carrig also served as Chief Administrative Officer at Sysco for a decade, overseeing numerous mergers and strategic initiatives. In addition to their roles at FutureSolve and KJC Advisory Services, they hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University's ILR School.
