Matt Duncan

Matt Duncan is a Principal with JM Search, specializing in placing executives in the consumer-packaged goods and retail sectors. They also serve as the Owner and President of Duncan Business Advisors, providing consulting and executive coaching. Previously, Matt held senior HR roles at Neenah and Zep Inc., where they drove significant organizational transformations and strategic initiatives. They began their career at The Coca-Cola Company and have continued to build a robust portfolio in human resource management. Currently, Matt is pursuing a BSBA in Human Resource Management at Auburn University.
