Anne Smith

Anne Smith has a strong background in sales operations and management. Anne is currently working as the Director of Sales Operations at Futuresource Consulting, starting in March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Sales Operations Manager at the same company since December 2022. Prior to joining Futuresource Consulting, Anne worked at Vislink Technologies as the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement from May 2021 to December 2022. Anne also held the positions of Director of Customer Experience & Quality from March 2020 to April 2021 and Global Sales Operations Manager from June 2019 to March 2020. Previous to Vislink Technologies, Anne served as the Head of Sales Enablement at FlightGlobal from April 2016 to March 2019. Anne also held the role of Head of Sales Operations at the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) from July 2010 to March 2016. Anne's early career includes roles at OAG, where they worked as the Global Support Director from December 2008 to November 2009, and as the OAG Sales & Support Director EAME from 2007 to 2008. Anne also held the position of Customer Services Director from 2000 to 2007 and Customer Services Manager from 1995 to 2000 at OAG.

Anne Smith attended the University of Bedfordshire from 1997 to 1998, where they studied Management Studies. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, Anne attended the University of Hertfordshire and pursued a field of study in Travel & Tourism Cotac.
