Wendy Ward is the founder of futuresTHRIVE, a organization that helps youth with mental health. Wendy has always been driven to help others and make a difference in the world. After Co-Founding The Youth Mental Health Project in 2015 and working there for three years, Wendy decided to start their own organization dedicated to helping youth with mental health. Wendy's experience in sales, account management, and their own business ventures have given their the skills they need to be successful in their current venture. Wendy is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and is committed to helping them thrive in their futures.

Wendy Ward has a dual BA from Denison University in Psychology and Spanish. Wendy also has certification from the Cuauhnahuac Language Institute in Spanish Language and Literature, as well as certification from University of Valencia in Spanish Language and Literature. Wendy is also certified by the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, the University of London, London Business School as a Managing the Company of the Future, The Female Founder Collective as a Member, National Council for Behavioral Health in Mental Health First Aid, and Yale University in The Science of Well-Being.
