Manish Bhatia is a Business lead in the Data & AI competency at FutureTEC in Kuwait, where they assess client needs and convert complex business processes into user stories. With experience in leading CCaaS implementations at Sprinklr, Manish has collaborated with global teams and worked in Agile environments. They hold a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University and are certified as an Anaplan solution architect, demonstrating expertise in various technologies including MySQL, Python, and C++. Additionally, Manish's leadership skills were showcased during their tenure as Head of the Mechanical department at UGV DTU, where they contributed to an award-winning autonomous vehicle project.
