Mary Hynes

Mary Hynes currently serves as the Technical Director at FutureThink, focusing on enhancing virtual training sessions through high-quality production and client communication. With experience as a Virtual Stage Manager and faculty member at The Second City, Mary co-created the Virtual Stage Manager role during the COVID-19 pandemic and teaches improvisation and acting techniques. Additionally, Mary works as a Stage Manager and Facilitator at Fairplay Communications, managing corporate training events. Other roles include Guest Faculty at Butler University, Workshop Facilitator with Urban Gateways, and acting as a Simulated Patient for educational institutions. Mary has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Butler University and is a graduate of The Second City's Conservatory program. Past positions include Sales Manager at FAO Schwarz and founding member of Improvisation News.
