With a strong educational background featuring a Master's Degree in Economics from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute, Russ has developed expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and systems integration throughout a career spanning over two decades.
